Each portion of our carefully-selected fillet steak is vacuum-packed individually to ensure it remains fresh. This method is popular with our customers. |
 We follow a meticulous selection process when purchasing beef by the cow. The dressed carcass must pass our criteria of being above meat quality grade 4 and marbling grade BMS 6. At auction we purchase high-quality meat only. |
 We buy beef by the cow and then divide it up into various cuts. We recommend using our meat for various kinds of dishes, including sukiyaki and nikujaga. |
