Isami Co., Ltd. is based in Osaka and Okayama and includes butcher's shops, a meat gift business and a wholesaler that supplies meat to businesses.
We purchase high-quality beef, pork and chicken from Osaka's meat market and affiliated farms and sell them at affordable prices.
At our farm in Kibikougen, Okayama, we endeavour to raise healthy and reliable cows and produce beef that's safe for children to consume.

Our farm is located in Kibikougen, where cows can live freely surrounded by the natural beauty of air, water and stars.
On our farm, we aim to raise healthy, reliable cows that produce safe beef that preserves the health of our nation's children both now and in the future.
All feed products are kept strictly separate, including during transportation.
We are confident that the cows raised on our farm are the safest to eat in the whole of Japan.
Our 8 cowsheds are spread over an area of approximately 100 hectares. Cowsheds are open to ensure ease of ventilation and reduce stress for cows. Our cows grow up healthy in a clean environment, so we don't need to rely on pharmaceutical to raise them |
We run our own farm in Kibikougen, in the middle of Okayama Prefecture.On the farm we raise around 500 cows and black pigs. We strive to honour our motto: 'Providing safe beef for our children's future'. For the next generation.We strive to produce beef that you can trust.

Our cows are raised on the farm up to the age of 21 months before shipment. They reach a weight of between 750 g and 800 g. All cows are tested for E. coli at time of shipment. Cows are fed roughage such as rice straw and grass while young to build rumination function, strengthen the stomach and enhance growth.

We ensure that our cooking areas meet the highest possible hygiene standards. All staff must first thoroughly sterilize their hands and then wear a hat and a mask during cooking. In fact, hygiene is so important to us that all staff members have a scatoscopy once a month. |
We produce meat packs for smaller retailers such as small supermarkets and co-ops (Japanese consumer co-operatives) on a separate production line in a different building from the main factory. Customers are satisfied that they will always be able to find the rarer cuts of meat through us, and also that we don't waste meat because we buy small quantities of high-quality products that are more difficult to source. |

Founded in Ikuno-ku, Osaka, in 1931, the original branch of Isami opened its doors on the corner of a small local shopping street.
Back then, beef was expensive, so we sold other cooked dishes too.
Placed on the modest table of good honest people, a single dish has the power to connect the hearts of its maker and its eaters.
We have handed down this concept over the years and have become highly regarded by the local people as a speciality beef butcher's shop.
