Sangenton pork comes from pigs that have been bred from three different varieties of pig.We take immense care over the selection process, keeping the emphasis firmly on quality at all times.
This variety of pork has been endorsed by celebrity chefs and has recently featured on TV, in the newspapers and in other media. Tender and robust-tasting, its delicious fats will melt on your tongue, bringing out the flavour, which we refer to as 'shiromi'.
